Schedule: Full-Time | Overnight | 4-Day Work Week (10-hour shifts)
The Arch is seeking reliable, experienced Residential Technicians to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for individuals who value consistency, professionalism, and meaningful work while supporting residents during a quieter but essential part of the day.

What You’ll Do
- Provide overnight supervision and support to residents in a residential recovery setting
- Serve as a calm, steady presence, helping maintain a safe and respectful environment
- Assist residents with orientation, routines, and daily needs as appropriate
- Complete routine documentation, logs, and reports accurately and on time
- Conduct urine collections and property checks in accordance with program guidelines
- Respond thoughtfully to resident concerns, behaviors, or overnight issues
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support continuity of care
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, human services, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a team
- Comfort maintaining professional boundaries in a supportive, respectful way
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (including lifting 25+ pounds)
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience working overnight shifts
- Background in human services, criminal justice, or behavioral health
- Interest in long-term work within a residential or recovery-focused setting
